CRITICAL DEADLINES:
USPS: Report damage within 15 days of delivery UPS: Report damage within 5 days of delivery FedEx: Report damage within 7 days of delivery
Failure to report within these carrier-specific timeframes may result in claim denial.
We will file a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf and provide you with the claim reference number. Most claims are processed within 7-10 business days.
DO NOT dispose of damaged items until the carrier approves the claim.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST (NOT DELIVERED) STEP 1: Verify Delivery Status
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package:
Check with household members or neighbors Look around delivery area (porches, garage, mailbox) Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation Check for a delivery notice (carrier may have left a slip) Wait 24 hours (carriers occasionally mark "delivered" early) STEP 2: Contact Us If Package Not Located

Contact the carrier to investigate Request GPS delivery confirmation File a lost package claim if the carrier cannot locate the package
CRITICAL DEADLINE:
If your order is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
Claims submitted after the Missing Order Cutoff Time (14 days from delivery) may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Lost package claims must be filed within 30 days of the "last scan" date shown in tracking. Contact us immediately if your package is missing.
Carrier investigations typically take 5-10 business days. If the package is confirmed lost, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund (for defective items only per our return policy).
Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If tracking shows "delivered," you must complete Step 1 verification before we can assist.
IF PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS
If the carrier delivered to an incorrect address due to their error:

- Carrier Claim Denial
In rare cases, carrier claims may be denied if:
Damage was not reported within carrier deadlines (5-15 days) Original packaging was discarded Insufficient documentation (photos) provided Carrier determines damage occurred after delivery Package was signed for without noting damage
If a carrier claim is denied and we determine the claim was valid, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.
