Important: Due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations governing intimate products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

For Defective or Damaged Items:

- We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost
- You pay $0.00 for return shipping on defective items
For All Other Reasons:
- Returns are NOT accepted for non-defective items
- All sales are final
There are no return shipping costs for customers returning defective or damaged products.

Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Step 4 — Ship the Return

6. Exchange Policy

7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Address Changes:
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for shipment. We cannot modify the shipping address after an order is placed.
Adultopoly is not responsible if a carrier delivers an item to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment process immediately. We cannot cancel or modify orders after they are placed.
All sales are final.
8. Non-Returnable Items

- Batteries (if applicable) after first use
