  • We will immediately refund any confirmed duplicate charges

"The charge amount is wrong":

  • Verify the total includes product price + applicable sales tax
  • Check your order confirmation for the correct total
  • Contact us if the charge doesn't match your order confirmation
  • We will investigate and correct any billing errors

"My payment was declined":

  • Verify card details (number, expiration, CVV, billing address)
  • Check with your bank (insufficient funds, fraud holds, international restrictions)
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact us if problems persist

Chargebacks:

Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Your order being cancelled
  • Account restrictions for future orders
  • Additional fees from payment processors

4. Payment Failures & Order Errors

Declined Payments:

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations — NOT ALLOWED

IMPORTANT: Due to the intimate nature of our products and our immediate processing system, we CANNOT modify or cancel orders after payment is completed.
